how you talk to yourself matters
Recently I started a series on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that I’m calling “Self-Talk Tuesday”. It’s an opportunity to highlight the importance of healthy self-talk.
Often, the things we say to ourselves are rooted in shame and the negative core beliefs we have about ourselves. It’s time to catch ourselves mid-thought, shift gears, and start talking to our hearts in a positive, Holy-Spirit-inspired way.
